Turkey Regulates Brand Stretching And Brand Sharing In Tobacco Products
Article 13 of the World Health Organization (WHO) Framework Convention on Tobacco Control adopted on 21 May 2003 and entered into force on 27 February 2005 ("FCTC") states that "Parties recognize that a comprehensive ban on advertising, promotion and sponsorship would reduce the consumption of tobacco products".
