In Phillips v. Parmelee, No. 2011AP2608, 2013 WL 6818145 (Wis. Federal Court Addresses Allocation Of Defense Costs
In National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. v. Essex Insurance Company, Civil Action No. 13-32, 2013 WL 6328792 (W.D. Pa.
