The African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) launched its "Toolkit for Transfer Pricing Risk Assessment in the African Mining Industry" at the recently concluded International Conference on Tax in Africa (ICTA) which took place in Abuja from 26 - 28 September 2017.
Specifically, the toolkit gives tax administrations a step-by-step guide on how to review TP risks associated with related party transactions involving:
- marketing arrangements;
- intercompany financing;
- procurement services; and
- management services.
