The American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Amcham) is organizing a mission of businessmen and Panamanian officials to the Silicon Valley Business Park, in California, from 9th to 12th of May.
Amcham's president, Aristides Chiriatti, informed Panamaamerica.com.pa that "... the idea is to organise a trip with a focus on innovation, technology and everything about entrepreneurship, there are many companies that are starting up with seed capital from technology companies in order to grow, we will are seeking to bring them cooperation. "
"... The mission will be undertaken by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Government Innovation Authority, the National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation, AmCham members and the Panamanian Chamber of Information Technology, Innovation and Telecommunications".
