La propiedad intelectual no engloba únicamente la
creatividad y la innovación, sino también el futuro
al que se dirige nuestra realidad. No es casualidad que cada
día veamos más monstruos de la tecnología y de
los negocios disputando batallas millonarias con motivo de copias
no autorizadas en diseños de sus dispositivos o
incursionando en negocios como el licensing, o aquellos
basados en una red de distribución de contenidos, ya sea
vía streaming o de descarga directa. Tampoco es
ajeno a nosotros un mundo en el que es parte de la vida diaria usar
una aplicación para comprar productos, pedir comida,
reservar un servicio de hospedaje o pedir un medio de
transporte.
