One of the largest drug maker Sun Pharmaceutical Industries
achieved another milestone by recently acquiring a US-based
injectable-product manufacturing and services company

achieved another milestone by recently acquiring a US-based
injectable-product manufacturing and services company
Pharmalucence. No financial terms were disclosed with respect to
the above acquisition. Few months back, Sun Pharma had announced a
deal to buy Ranbaxy Laboratories from Japan's Diiachi Sankyo
for $3.2 billion in shares. These acquisitions have scaled up the
revenue for the drug maker to $2.7 billion for fiscal 2014.
