The Division Bench of Delhi High Court in the case of Blueberry
Books & Ors. V. Google India Pvt. Ltd & Ors., has ruled, in
favor of the appellant, canceling the removal of Google India Pvt.
Ltd., RMPIL and Amazon as Parties in the case where the companies
amongst a host of others were alleged to infringe Blueberry's
copyright.
