• Shell is now faced with a consequential law suit threat by disgruntled UK shareholders who made the mistake of accepting Shell’s "final" offer.
• Shell performed another spectacular U-turn by agreeing to the release from prison of the "Rossport Five" whose actions halted the Corrib pipeline project in Ireland. The five had been jailed at Shell’s behest....
