THE SCHEME OF REGULATION

Bermuda's present legislation is derived in large part from the money laundering regime in force in the UK prior to 2003. In this brief we shall summarise the existing regime and indicate some of the changes that are occurring and are likely to occur over the coming months to increase the standard of regulation in Bermuda.
