The Limited Liability Partnerships Law Receives Royal Assent

The Limited Liability Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 2013 has now
received Royal Assent and is scheduled to come into effect on
Monday 12 May 2014.
The Guernsey Registry has advised that from Tuesday 13 May 2014
it will be accepting applications to form Limited Liability
Partnerships ("LLPs") from Corporate Service Providers
holding a full fiduciary licence. Applications will be
registered in the order that they are received.
