The process of forming an Onshore Company does not involve MOBAA. There is no need to obtain MOBAA's permission before incorporation. Instead the Memorandum of Association with its annexed Articles must be embodied in a notarial deed for submission to the Registrar of Companies. Once the Certificate of Incorporation is issued the company is duly formed and can do business. An offshore certificate is not issued.
