Mr Stavros Pavlou, Senior and Managing Partner, and Mr Theodoros Symeonides, Senior Associate, provide the Cyprus overview in Brown Rudnick's 2019 Global Survey to the Commercialisation of Disputes.
The aim of the Survey is to provide an analysis of two key areas impacting legal practice across various jurisdictions:
- the availability and reality of Third Party Funding and;
- the availability and use of technology in local Court hearings and the broader practice of dispute resolution.
