As part of its efforts to ensure the integrity of the companies register the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver has issued an announcement requesting all registered companies to check and if necessary update the registered office address registered with the Department no later than 31 March, 2017.
In case of non-compliance the provisions of Article 327 (6) of the Companies Law, which include the power to remove non-compliant companies from the register, will be applied.
