On the 18th of September 2015, the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism issued the invitation for the submission of Expression of Interest for the selection of the single licensee for the Integrated Casino Resort.
The announcement included, among others, the following information:
- For the collection of the Expression of Interest documents, a fee of €10 000 is required.
- The documents must be in English. Should the documents be in another language, then their English translation must be provided.
- The results shall be provided approximately 45 days after the submission date.
- The submission deadline expires on the 18th of December 2015 at 14:00 Cyprus Time.

- "Experience and capability to deliver and operate an Integrated Casino Resort and/or other integrated hospitality and entertainment resorts"
- "Understanding of the Cyprus market and vision for the development of an Integrated Casino Resort in Cyprus".
