The company has purchased Amersham-based Chenies Landscapes Limited for an undisclosed sum, strengthening its landscaping capabilities in the South East of England.

Chenies Landscapes holds an impressive portfolio of clients in the public and private sectors and provides maintenance, design & build and interior planting services.

Its acquisition follows the purchase of MJ Building Services by ISS UK Limited, a move which strengthened the company's portfolio in mechanical and electrical building services. The MJ Group counts among its current clients household names such as Esso, HSBC and Twentieth Century Fox.

The acquisition of MJ Group followed the purchase by ISS UK Limited of facilities management company, Coflex, and of The Eaton Group, which together strengthened the drive by ISS to provide fully integrated facility services.
