Last Updated: 21 March 2015

Corrs Chambers Westgarth's China practice has been recognised for the first time by Chambers Global Guide 2015.

To reflect the growing strength and capability of Corrs' China practice, the firm was listed in China for Corporate / M&A - Desk Based Abroad in the international legal guide published by Chambers & Partners.

The firm's China Business Group is co-chaired by former Chinese ambassador Dr Geoff Raby and partners Andrew Lumsden, Lizzie Knight and Stephanie Davison. They regularly work with clients to build their business in China and facilitate continued opportunities for our Chinese clients in Australia. The firms Chinese website is a go to resource on all things Chinese in both English and Chinese.

Corrs also was also awarded 22 individual lawyer rankings across all the 11 areas of legal practice in the Chambers Global Guide to leading law firms.

Corrs partner and CEO John W.H. Denton AO said, "Our China Business Group has a deep knowledge and understanding of China's government and the way China does business. These results are further independent recognition of our growing global network, our lawyer's quality work and strong client feedback."
