United States: Four Dallas Attorneys Named To 2015 Texas Rising Stars List

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce Abby L. Ewing, Monica M. Peters, Ashley E. Wysocki and Tressie E. McKeon were recently selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers' 2015 Texas Rising Stars list.

Ewing, Peters and Wysocki were noted for their work in Family Law while McKeon was recognized for her work in Aviation and Aerospace Law.

Super Lawyers' intense selection process includes peer nominations and evaluations combined with third-party research. To be named to the Rising Stars list, an attorney must be either40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Only 2.5 percent of lawyers in each state are named to this prestigious list.

This marks the sixth time that Ewing, a partner at the firm, has been named to the Texas Rising Star list. She represents clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, property division, child support, custody and visitation and drafting of premarital and post-marital agreements. Her combination of family law and business litigation experience enables her to understand her clients' objectives and achieve favorable results for them.

Ewing earned her J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law and her B.A. from Arizona State University.

Peters is well versed in a variety of family law matters including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, spousal and child support, separation agreements, marital agreements, adoptions, child protective services, paternity and grandparents' rights. She regularly negotiates and drafts settlement agreements and prenuptial agreements, as well as litigates on behalf of her clients in the courtroom.

Peters earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and her B.B.A., cum laude, with honors, from Texas Tech University.

Wysocki represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters with an emphasis on family law. The matters she handles, paired with her multifaceted education, provides her with a knowledge base and practical experience that enables her to offer successful solutions to her clients' sensitive family law matters including dissolution, child custody disputes, spousal maintenance and child support, settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, paternity issues and domestic partnerships.

Wysocki earned her J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, her M.B.A. from Texas Tech University as well as her B.A., with honors, from The University of Texas.

As a private pilot with deep roots in the aviation industry, McKeon represents clients in a variety of aviation-related matters involving general business and commercial litigation as well as insurance defense. She has a particular focus on aviation commercial litigation, aviation accident litigation, aircraft product liability litigation, and general business aviation issues and contract disputes.

McKeon earned her J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas.
