Australia: 2015 to be another exciting year for Swaab!
Last Updated: 26 January 2015

2014 was a busy year, during which we implemented structural change, promoted a number of our own people and secured some new partners to join us.

In 2015 we are looking forward to more promotions, further strategic growth to bolster and complement our existing practice areas and a focus on using technology to innovate our processes and practices to ensure we really are delivering our 'Swaab Brand of Service'.

The Swaab Brand of Service includes providing clients service without delay, communicating clearly with our clients, responding to client feedback, understanding our clients' businesses and needs and always being accurate and clear.

To kick off our 2015 activity, as noted in our recent news section, Marc Baddams has been promoted to partner in the litigation team. Marc has been with Swaab for over 6 years starting as an Associate in 2008. Marc specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and has experience in federal and state courts, tribunals and alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation. Marc's clients include Australian and overseas corporations, small to medium enterprises and individuals.

We will also continue our integral involvement with Meritas, a prestigious global legal network. As a member of Meritas and as a leader in the ANZ region, we are able to support our clients' cross border interests by providing them with access to some of the world's best law firms.

We wish you all great success in 2015 and we look forward to sharing more exciting announcements in the future!
