TORONTO (December 24, 2014) – Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) is pleased to announce that it has been listed as a recommended firm in the 15th edition of the Global Competition Review's (GCR) 100. Two BLG partners, Robert S Russell and Subrata Bhattacharjee are also profiled in the publication.

The GCR 100 is an extensive qualitative analysis of the world's leading competition and antitrust law practices with the publication profiling the best practices worldwide across 39 jurisdictions.

He has served as senior litigation counsel in matters involving commercial disputes, class action proceedings, shareholders' remedies, commercial torts, civil actions under the Competition Act, securities law, technology law and contracts. He has also been engaged by multi-national clients in matters involving the co-ordination and strategic planning of parallel class proceedings in Canada and the United States.
