United States: Fox Rothschild Employment Discrimination Report Named To ABA Journal’s “8th Annual Blawg 100”
Last Updated: December 29 2014

Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce that Employment Discrimination Report blog has been named to the "8th Annual Blawg 100," a list of the top 100 best legal blogs as determined by the editors of the ABA Journal, the flagship magazine of the American Bar Association. The blog's authors are Partner Richard B. Cohen and Partner Christina A. Stoneburner, who are based in New York and New Jersey, respectively.

A voting process of ABA Journal readers will determine favorites in each of the 13 categories in "Blawg 100." To vote, go to http://www.abajournal.com/blawg100. Voting ends at close of business on Dec. 19, 2014.

"Blawg 100" highlights legal blogs that have provided particularly compelling content in their areas. Employment Discrimination Report addresses all aspects of employment discrimination and harassment.

"No longer to be confused as a fad or the realm of the tech-savvy, law blogs are rooted in the legal media landscape," ABA Journal Editor and Publisher Allen Pusey said. "While traditional media sources often break news, law blogs dive deeper to offer insight into what the news means for clients, the legal profession and the public. And the ones on our list are well-written and, more often than not, entertaining."

"It is incredibly gratifying to be recognized by the ABA Journal through our listing on 'Law Blawg 100,'" noted Cohen. "Employment discrimination issues are front and center in our national dialogue on myriad issues. Hopefully the readership of Employment Discrimination Report gains value from our interpretation of labor-related issues. We really see our blogging as a public service."

Cohen has more than 35 years of experience litigating and arbitrating complex corporate, commercial and employment disputes and is a trusted adviser to business owners both in the United States and internationally. He has represented Fortune 100 companies, domestic and foreign banks and Pacific Rim real estate development companies as well as startup businesses.

Stoneburner counsels clients on complying with applicable federal and state laws and developing strategies to avoid liability. She also provides training to clients on a variety of topics, including harassment, FMLA leave, compliance with the ADA and state anti-discrimination laws, evaluating employees, diversity and workplace violence.
