Brazil: Veirano And Machado Meyer In Prumo Share Issuance

Veirano Advogados has helped Brazilian port management company Prumo Logística issue new shares worth up to US$257 million. EIG first acquired Prumo, formerly known as LLX Logística, in 2013 from debt-laden business tycoon Eike Batista. Prumo and EIG retained Veirano and Machado Meyer for the M&A deal.
