Last Updated: 4 November 2014

I am pleased to present the second Moore Stephens Audit Transparency report for the year ended 30 June 2014, which has been prepared in accordance with the requirements set out under section 332B of the Corporations Act 2001.

The report demonstrates our continued investment and development in ensuring our Quality Assurance processes and practices are not only exceeding the highest regulatory standards, but that we also equip our staff appropriately to ensure they can execute their roles to the best of their abilities in serving our client's needs.

In an environment of increased regulation, the need to have a framework which promotes transparency, independence and the highest standards of quality is paramount. It builds trust in our brand, our people and the community in which we live and work. To that end, our engagement with stakeholders plays a key role in ensuring that as a business, we understand the needs of the greater market place and remain at the forefront of changes in our industry.

Further, our vision of being leaders in our chosen markets with a one firm one network approach to everything ensures we work uniformly in our service delivery and to building a highly successful National network.

We thank you for your interest in our business and hope you enjoy reading the attached report.
