Last Updated: 31 October 2014

This course will focus on the fundamental issues surrounding the QLD Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (BCIPA). Not withstanding the amount in dispute, you will be trained on your obligations in respect to payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications and adjudication responses.

These four key components will be fully explored to ensure you have a full understanding of your rights and obligations under the legislative Act.

You will be able to gain knowledge from two leading lawyers who specialise in construction disputes in an interactive and friendly environment.
