Australia: [Invitation] BCIPA reform 2014 half-day seminar - Brisbane
Last Updated: 4 October 2014

The Building and Construction Industry Payments Amendment Bill 2014 was introduced to Parliament in May 2014. These changes were passed with amendments in the Queensland Parliament on Thursday, 11 September 2014.

Three key areas of reform were identified in the review, appointment of adjudicators, time frames for claimants and respondents, and provision of additional information.

This seminar is aimed at making you aware of these imminent changes, their implications and what you need to do in respect of these changes.
