Canada: Borden Ladner Gervais Improves Its Health

Toronto (September 23, 2014) — Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) is pleased to announce Lydia Wakulowsky's arrival at the firm. Ms. Wakulowsky has approximately 20 years of experience in commercial law, much of it related to health care, and is now a partner and member of BLG's Health Sector Services Group.

Ms. Wakulowsky practices corporate and commercial law, focusing on the health and life sciences sectors. She frequently acts for hospitals, long-term care facilities, health care agencies, health related charities and other public health care organizations. She has considerable experience acting for drug, medical device and natural health product manufacturers, private sector medical suppliers and service providers, laboratories and pharmacies.

A graduate of the Universities of Toronto and Ottawa, Ms. Wakulowsky obtained her LL.B. in 1993 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1995.
