Cayman Islands: Hunter & Hunter Commercial Team Adds Three

Cayman Islands law firm, Hunter & Hunter, has added to its corporate and commercial department with the recruitment of three highly experienced attorneys.

Ex-Clifford Chance Partner, Caroline O’Hare was in charge of the firm’s Gulf finance practice before joining Hunter & Hunter in November and has over 18 years post-qualification experience in areas such as banking, asset finance and restructuring.

With over 14 years post-qualification experience, Sarah Bolton specialises in investment funds, banking and securities and joins Hunter & Hunter from a smaller local law firm where she practised for 4 years. Mrs Bolton previously practised with Clifford Chance in London and Brussels and with MacFarlane’s in London.

Michele Connell is a capital markets specialist, with over eight years post-qualification experience, and previously practised in London and Hong Kong with top London firm Simmons & Simmons.

The firm’s senior partner, Bruce Putterill commented " This has been a very interesting year for the firm and we have experienced an exciting period of growth and expansion.
