United States: Herrick Advises Small Bone Innovations In $375 Million Acquisition By Stryker Corporation (NYSE:SKY)

Herrick, Feinstein LLP is proud to have represented Small Bone Innovations, a leader in the musculoskeletal/orthopedics sector, in its agreement to be acquired by Stryker Corporation (NYSE:SKY), one of the world's leading medical technology companies.  The all-cash transaction, which valued at up to $375 million, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2014. 

The Herrick deal team was led by corporate partners Edward B. Stevenson and Glenn L. Stein, and included partner Louis Tuchman and associate Nicholas R. Montorio on tax; counsel Joel Wagman; and associates Benjamin H. Hendrick, Liliana Chang and John D. Cleaver.
