United States: Earsa Jackson Discusses How Diversity And Inclusion Are Critical To Staying Relevant
Last Updated: July 7 2014

Partner Earsa Jackson's article Diversity and Inclusion are Critical to Stay Relevant is featured in the June 2014 edition of Franchising World.

Earsa recommends assessing your company, the relevancy of your brand and your customer base as you move forward. She emphasizes that the "status quo bias shows up in the form of the position that 'We've always done it this way and it works for us' or 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'. This bias can be deadly to a system. A business must change over time to remain relevant".

Earsa Jackson is the Practice Area Leader for Strasburger's Franchise & Distribution group. Earsa structures franchises and assists franchisors with on-going transactional needs.

She also handles litigation matters in the following areas: business and commercial, False Claims Act, business torts, franchise and distribution, trademark infringement, trade secrets infringement, contract disputes and probate.

Earsa has written and spoken extensively on franchise issues and is a former Director of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division for the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising. She is also a Certified Franchise Executive.
