Stephen practises in the field of building construction and development law. He has in-depth experience in the construction industry spanning over 25 years. He has extensive experience in pre-contract and tender negotiations, contracts and subcontracts. He also has a depth of experience in construction litigation, alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and adjudication under the Security of Payment Act (NSW) and BCIPA (QLD). He is also author of the three-volume Building Law QLD, published by Thompson Reuters.

Scott Lambert | Partner | Holding Redlich Lawyers
Scott practises in the areas of construction and infrastructure with more than 20 years' experience. For more than eight years, Scott participated in the development of the current AS4000 suite of contracts. He has an in-depth understanding of construction, infrastructure and engineering contracts, employment agreements, consultancy contracts, facility management agreements, WHS systems and risk management. Recently, Scott has become increasingly involved in a wide range of environmentally sustainable projects and is currently the only Principal Lawyer in Queensland with Green Star professional accreditation.

Russell Welsh | Director | ABC DRS
Russell is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has worked in the construction industry in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Korea and Australia for more than 30 years. Russell is also the only adjudicator in Australia to be registered in every jurisdiction with Security of Payment legislation.
