Last Updated: 9 April 2014

It gives ENSafrica great pleasure to announce that renowned South African forensics specialist, Dave Loxton, recently joined the firm.  Dave will be based in ENSafrica's Johannesburg office and he and Steven Powell will jointly manage and lead the firm's already established and well-respected forensics team.

By adding the talents and experience of Dave and his team to that of Steven Powell and the rest of the Forensics team, ENSafrica has created a formidable force in the market.

Dave brings with him several years of experience in business crime (including cybercrime) / forensics having done substantial matters across many countries in Africa including Tanzania, Ethiopia, Senegal, Uganda, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria.

Dave and his team joined ENSafrica from Werksmans. Dave has a legal background and is a practising attorney having spent a number of years as a state prosecutor in Cape Town and Pretoria, and as an in-house legal specialist at Barlorand (now Barloworld).

"It is a widely held view in the forensics world that Dave and Steven are two of the foremost forensics specialists in the country and we believe that by combining their skills, we have created one of the most potent forensic teams in the Africa.  Dave will also augment our already strong anti-corruption compliance expertise," says Piet Faber, CE of ENSafrica.
