United States: Christopher Swiniarski And Margaret Bateman Join The McLane Law Firm

March 10, 2014, Manchester, New Hampshire and Woburn, Massachusetts– The McLane Law Firm with four offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, New Hampshire, as well as Woburn, Massachusetts, is pleased to welcome Christopher Swiniarski and Margaret M. Bateman to the firm.

Chris Swiniarski joins McLane from a Boston, Massachusetts-based business law firm where he represented banks, businesses and individuals in a variety of finance, corporate and real estate development matters.  His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, telecommunications site acquisition and permitting, business transactions, commercial lending, land use and zoning, property disputes and municipal regulatory matters.

Chris' prior experience also includes successfully representing clients before municipal permit granting authorities and an internship for the Honorable Gordon H. Piper of the Land Court Department of the Trial Court in Massachusetts.

Meg Bateman joins the corporate department from a Boston, Massachusetts-based law firm and focuses her practice on corporate law, corporate finance, asset securitization and commercial lending transactions. Her asset securitization practice includes representation of issuers, credit enhancers, liquidity banks, underwriters and purchasers in domestic and cross border transactions involving a wide variety of assets.  Meg's prior experience also includes being in-house counsel at Swiss Re Life and Health America in Armonk, New Hampshire.

Meg received her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and her B.A. from Boston College and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York.  She lives in Exeter, New Hampshire and can be reached at (603) 628-1332 or at margaret.bateman@mclane.com.
