The America Invents Act led to significant changes in the American patent system. One such change is the creation of post-grant patent review. Rothwell Figg, the International Intellectual Property Institute, and Bloomberg BNA invite you to this two-day conference addressing the new procedures, topics to be discussed include:

  • The Fundamentals of Post-AIA Post-Grant Patent Procedures
  • Inter Partes and Post-Grant Reviews (including CBM Patent Reviews)
  • Fresenius USA v. Baxter Int'l and its Impact on Post-Grant Practice

Luncheon Speakers:

Honorable Chief Judge Randall Rader and Circuit Judge Pauline Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit

This conference will be based on the Bloomberg BNA treatise Post-Grant Patent Practice, which was authored by Rothwell Figg's own Nancy J. Linck and three other former Administrative Patent Judges. The treatise will be distributed to each attendee as part of the materials.
