Join us at either a breakfast or lunch briefing where Dispute Resolution & Insolvency Partner, Peter Harrison and Lawyer, Jacob Rodgers will cover the following topics:

  • "Can I sign for my brother? Now would I sign something that wasn't true?" Peter will discuss the question of when an officer's signature on behalf of a company can be relied on.
  • Statutory Demands: 5 pitfalls and traps that creditors need to be aware of. Jacob will provide an insight into the statutory demand regime from a creditor's perspective. He will examine some of the common pitfalls and traps of issuing statutory demands and some of the issues creditors need to be aware of.
