Leading regional law firm, Mills & Reeve, has announced the appointment of two specialist lawyers. Sandra King will join the firm’s technology and intellectual property team based in Cambridge and commercial lawyer Greg Gibson will join the Company and Commercial team in Mills & Reeve’s Norwich office.

Prior to joining Mills & Reeve, Ms King practised in New Zealand for two years in an intellectual property and media team, before working for a year in a French specialist intellectual property firm where she specialised in advising on trademarks, branding strategy and copyright.

Mr Gibson previously worked as a commercial lawyer in the broadcasting and entertainment division of United News & Media plc, before moving to the European Legal & Business Affairs Department at Warner Brothers where he provided legal and business affairs support and became the lead production lawyer on the Harry Potter films.

Managing Partner Mark Jeffries commented: "We are delighted to welcome Sandra and Greg to the firm. Our IP and biotech practice has experienced substantial growth and Sandra’s experience will allow us to offer an enhanced service to our clients. Greg’s wide-ranging experience will allow Mills & Reeve to significantly expand its existing commercial capability."
