New Zealand: Cycling 200km on a quest to conquer cancer
Last Updated: 2 October 2013

Setting out to cycle 200km is no easy feat, but to support cancer research, Senior Associate Justin Sweetman has accepted the challenge.

Over two days Justin will complete the circuit for the 2013 Ride to Conquer Cancer; an event which will help fund the development of new drugs for cancer treatment at the Auckland Cancer Society Research Centre.

Justin is on a mission to raise $2,500 for the event, with all proceeds given to Cancer Society Auckland, a division responsible for one third of New Zealand's population.

"Cancer is something that has touched all of our lives in some measure. It's my goal to put a stop to that and The Ride is how I am doing my part. That's why I am so passionate about raising funds. Any donation that you can give is greatly appreciated", says Justin.

"I will be raising funds and training hard so I can make a huge impact in the fight to conquer cancer - but I need your help".
