United States: Kilpatrick Townsend’s Adam Charnes And Dan Taylor Named Fellows To The Prestigious Litigation Counsel Of America

WINSTON-SALEM (June 3) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partners Adam Charnes and Dan Taylor were formally admitted as Fellows into the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American Lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. The LCA is aggressively diverse in its composition. Established as a trial and appellate lawyer honorary society reflecting the American bar in the twenty-first century, the LCA represents the in law among its membership.

Mr. Charnes focuses his practice on appellate, constitutional and complex business litigation. He has extensive experience in cases pending in federal and state courts of appeals across the nation, including the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Charnes also has been responsible for a broad range of business litigation matters, including contract, business torts, environmental, copyright and other commercial litigation. He regularly represents clients in constitutional litigation.

Mr. Taylor has trial, appellate and arbitration experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of business litigation matters involving securities, corporate governance, business torts, shareholder rights, intellectual property, and complex contracts. He has tried cases throughout the United States and in each of the three federal districts within North Carolina. Mr. Taylor has extensive experience with matters in the North Carolina Business Court.
