McCarthy Tétrault, Canada's Business Law Firm of the Year, has announced that 7 partners, 2 counsel and 14 associates from Donahue LLP have joined its Calgary office. The large team adds global energy, regulatory, corporate finance and M&A expertise and raises the number of lawyers in the Calgary office to over 100. The group's client base covers all aspects of the energy industry including exploration and production, onshore and offshore projects, power and generation facilities in North America, the North Sea, Middle East and South East Asia.
