Australia: Clayton Utz advises Nido Petroleum Ltd on a proposed share purchase plan

Perth, 30 November 2012: Clayton Utz has advised ASX-listed oil and gas exploration and production company Nido Petroleum Ltd on its A$11.6 million placement to professional and sophisticated investors. The second tranche of the placement will be conditional upon shareholder approval.

Clayton Utz is also advising Nido Petroleum Ltd on a proposed share purchase plan.

The funds will be used for investment in the Galoc Phase II development.

Clayton Utz Perth Corporate partner Mark Paganin led the firm's team with support from senior associate James Clyne and lawyers Tracy Chew and Rebekah Winsor.
