The conference is being chaired by Dr Laura D'Andrea Tyson, the new Dean of London Business School, and Digby Jones, Director-General of the CBI.

The theme of the conference is "Long term strategies in a short-term world" and the speakers will be discussing the balance that their companies have to strike between having and sustaining a long-term vision while achieving short-term flexibility.
