UK: Clyde & Co Advises De Goudse N.V. in Sale of its Endsleigh Insurance Stake

8 May 2002 - Clyde & Co recently advised de Goudse N.V., a leading Dutch insurance company, on the sale of its majority stake in Endsleigh Insurance Group to a management buyout (MBO) led venture for an undisclosed sum. Endsleigh Insurance is the leading student and graduate insurer in the UK.

David Page, the corporate partner who led the team at Clyde & Co, said:
