CG Announces Board of Directors

Coleman Greig recently announced the appointment of its new Board of Directors. Comprising four of the firm's Principals and one non-executive director, the Board is made up of Peter Stewart, Susan Warda, Paul Lucas and John Cowley with Peter Jollie AM accepting the non-executive position.

Peter Jollie has held numerous listed and private non-executive board positions over the last fifteen years. Prior to this, he had a successful career in professional accounting in London and West Africa with the firm now known as KPMG, followed by over 25 years in commercial roles in Australia including nine years as the CEO of the P&O Containers Australian Group. Peter is also a Syndicate Chairman of the CEO Institute in Australia.

In 2000, Peter was made a Member of the Order of Australia for his services to the accounting profession, the promotion of Australian trade in the Asia-Pacific region, and to the community. As a non-executive director of Coleman Greig, Peter will bring a wealth of experience and wisdom to the role and the Principals and other Board members look forward to his ongoing involvement and contribution.
