Sydney, 12 June 2012: Clayton Utz Chief Executive Partner Darryl McDonough has congratulated the firm's head of International Arbitration and Major Projects, Professor Doug Jones AO RFD, on being named in the Queen's Birthday 2012 Honours List.

Professor Jones received the Officer (AO) in the General Division of the Order of Australia award for distinguished service to the law as a leader in the areas of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, to policy reform, and to national and international professional organisations.

"Australia's close relationships with both Asia and Europe uniquely places us to become a leading global centre for cross border dispute resolution. I look forward to continuing my advocacy efforts to ensure this becomes a reality," said Professor Jones AO RFD.
