UK: Gouldens Advises SAV Credit Limited on its Latest Funding Round

Gouldens have advised SAV Credit Limited ("SAV Credit"), a provider of credit card facilities to near and sub-prime borrowers, in connection with the subscription agreement under which Palamon Capital Partners and associated funds are to subscribe for up to £34.35 million worth of SAV Credit convertible preference shares. Gouldens have also advised SAV Credit on its credit default swap arrangements with N M Rothschild & Sons Limited which have been entered into in connection with SAV’s credit card servicing arrangements.

The Gouldens’ team comprised Adam Greaves and Liz Saxton. Slaughter and May (David Wittmann and Veronica Dirckze) advised the Palamon funds and Shearman and Sterling, London (Patrick Clancy) advised N M Rothschild & Sons Limited.
