UK: Gouldens Advises Grosvenor Hill Ventures & Barlows on Disposal of £20 Million Property Joint Ventures

Gouldens advised Grosvenor Hill Ventures and Barlows plc (a property investment and development company) jointly on the disposal of two property companies owning the Admiral Retail Park in Eastbourne and the B&Q warehouse in Hull. The Westbury Property Fund Limited (a closed ended investment fund) acquired the property companies for a consideration of £20 million including the repayment of debt.

The Gouldens team was led by Giles Elliott (corporate) and Mark Emerson (property).
