Australia's big four banks contributed A$1.6 billion in funding, with an additional A$300 million committed by Bank of China, BOS International and Credit Agricole.

Clayton Utz Banking partner Kathy Santikos led the team that advised the consortium which included senior associates, Mrigank Roy and Matthew Wilson.

Commenting on the transaction, Kathy said: "It is pleasing to see a refinancing of this size attract strong participation from a diversity of lenders in a market increasingly focused on risk. We congratulate all parties on reaching such a successful outcome."
