Australia: DibbsBarker appoints respected dispute resolution specialist as Special Counsel

DibbsBarker has appointed Veno Panicker to the role of Special Counsel. Veno joins the firm as Special Counsel in the Construction & Major Projects Team.

Veno has over a decade of experience providing specialist construction dispute resolution services to large and mid-tier contractors, developers, financiers and government bodies. He specialises in construction dispute resolution, and is an expert in arbitration and mediation procedures.

Veno's clients include Baulderstone, on whose behalf he currently acts on a number of contentious matters in New South Wales. A renowned presenter and widely published author on construction dispute resolution, Veno recently submitted a paper on reforming the security of payment legislation to the New South Wales Department of Finance & Services.
