Singapore: CNP acts in $32 million sale and leaseback of industrial premises

CNP acted for Ascend Group Pte. Ltd. (the "Vendor") in their $32 million sale and leaseback of the industrial premises at 39 Ubi Road 1 Singapore 408695 to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (in its capacity as Trustee of Sabana Shari'ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust) (the "Purchaser"). CNP's corporate real estate Partner, Ho Soo Lih advised the Vendor in this transaction, assisted by associate Michele Poczka.
