France: Coudert Fréres Strengthens its Tax Department

Jacques Messeca, after having spent ten years at Arthur Andersen International, is taking charge of the tax department at Coudert Frères.

A specialist in mergers and acquisitions and fiscal reorganizations, both French and international, Jacques Messeca also acts on tax problems particular to investment funds, specifically in real estate, as well as tax litigation. Moreover, he is recognized for his expertise, both legal and fiscal, in the area of sports.

Olivier Goldstein, after having spent several years at Allen & Overy, is also joining the tax department at Coudert Frères. He deals specifically with taxation on investment income and structural financing, as well as investment funds.
