Womble Carlyle attorney Melinda Davis Lux was named to the editorial board of the American Bar Association Model Asset Purchase Agreement

The Model Asset Purchase Agreement is a comprehensive resource for negotiating and documenting M&A asset purchases.  The Model Asset Purchase Agreement is published by the ABA's Business Law Section. The editorial group is tasked with drafting and updating the Model Asset Purchase Agreement for publication by the ABA.

Melinda Davis Lux focuses her practice on complex business deals, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing transactions. She also advises public companies, directors, and stockholders with respect to securities law and corporate governance matters, including SEC reporting requirements.
