The Coleman Greig team is excited to announce that Professor Michael Adams is joining the firm as Special Counsel as he winds down from his duties as Dean, Law School at Western Sydney University (WSU).

An internationally recognised specialist in corporate law, corporate governance, securities markets regulation (insider trading and market manipulation) and legal education (especially e-learning), Michael is a valuable addition to the Coleman Greig team.

Michael has been writing, teaching and regularly presenting on each of his specialist topics for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm and its commercial clients.

Warrick McLean, CEO, Coleman Greig, said that Michael's appointment further develops his longstanding relationship with the firm.

"Coleman Greig has worked extensively with Michael for the past decade and this is a great opportunity to be able to offer his real world knowledge and expertise to commercial clients.

Both the firm and Michael are passionate about Western Sydney and together, we can work to help businesses to build on the potential that they are already experiencing with the growth in the region."

Michael will continue his role with WSU as Professor of the Post Graduate Law Program.
